Shipping Policies

Ordering is Easy!

We offer 4 ordering methods for you to choose from:

Minimum Orders: All CardBlanks™ orders are important to us no matter the dollar value. When orders are less than $25.00 CDN we charge a Small Order Fee of $5.00. Samples and Sample Packs are exempt.
Payment: Payment may be made online or by fax using VISA, Mastercard or American Express. Postal Money Orders are accepted for orders submitted via mail.
Purchases by Canadian residents are subject to the federal GST or HST. Purchases by British Columbia residents are also subject to the BC Provincial Sales Tax.
Shipping: We are happy to assure an immediate response to all orders. All cards are packaged and shipped flat.

Canada Post (Expedited Parcel Post): 5 to 11 business days, depending upon distance.
CardBlanks™ offers 25% off Canada Post shipping costs for orders of between $100 CDN and $199 CDN, and 50% off shipping costs for purchases of $200 CDN or more. The discount will be deducted from your invoice by Customer Service.
When you choose your shipping option, the cost will appear at the bottom of your invoice. If you require overnite or 3 day service, please contact Customer Service.
UPS Standard: 4 to 7 business days Guaranteed Delivery Service in North America. Please note that orders are usually processed within 24 to 48 hours of receipt; delivery time for UPS is calculated from the day following pick-up at the CardBlanks™ warehouse.

Please note: UPS does not delivery to PO boxes.

Xpresspost: Five business days Guaranteed Delivery Service in North America. Please note that orders are usually processed within 24 to 48 hours of receipt.
If you wish to use Xpresspost, please contact Customer Service.
Return Policy: If you receive goods damaged in transit, contact Customer Service within 7 business days.
If you are dissatisfied with any product, contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
